Becoming a Front end developer through Zuri

About meπŸ™‚
Presently, I work for a power distribution in South-West, Nigeria, and majorly as a Microsoft Excel Data Analysis. Of recent, I have been feeling inadequate and bothersome about my job function because I am being limited to using only MS Excel. I made research about what skills are in high demand in this present age, which would have worldwide acceptable certifications.Information technology (IT) comes after medical lines and it is surely, where I fit in as an Electrical & Electronics engineer. IT will also offer me the opportunity to work remotely and for any company around the world. Perfect!

Why Zuri?πŸ€”
I started with learning basic python on sololearn but I needed mentorship, guidance and a push to concentrate more, so I was introduced to Click here where my interest changed to front end developing. You can also visit Click here for more information.

To learn Front end, Zuri internship team require that I have a GitHub account where I can host my source code projects in a variety of different programming languages, keep track of the various changes I would make to my iterations, and have a wider exposure for my projects. It was also require that I generate a Figma account as the needed UX design tool because of its ability to have other editors working on my file at the same time, and even follow and track what we are doing.

Using github was initially difficult for me, so I got a beginner tutorial from freecodecamp.org:

In addition, the video below was helpful putting me through how to start my sketches and outlines on figma.

My targets at Zuri🎯
To complete the 10 stages of the Internship program within the stipulated 8 weeks and be skillful in developing a complex mobile app UI using flutter, with complex animations and user experience interactions.
I would also build a network of co-developers who I would work with to develop solutions as a steaming team.

As I mention earlier, I had my basic python tutorials on sololearn and got a certificate after the completion of the course.

You can check out this tutorial on Udemy if you are interested in HTML,

Zuri has got good ratings and it is absolutely free!
