Do you know if this exists?

Hello everyone!
I was in a talk earlier today. It was like an event with people talking briefly about ideas and their execution.
There was one of the ideas that I found really interesting. Videogames for learning. I know, this is not even new. But, what got me thinking, is if there is anything like that for learning skills of our job.
I mean, is there anything that can present you information and interact with you, in order to help you identify what's relevant information and what isn't?
That would be a great ludic way to learn how to gather user stories.

Hello, there is this website called coding wars where you choose your favourite languages and try to solve challenges of ask kind. This is a lot about algorithms but it is quite fun. I know there is a couple websites that do that too and yeah this is not knew. There is also the same kind of website for kids with some easier challenges and I think this is awesome to awaken the curiosity and creativity of all in their youth.

The general concept is gamification, offering incentives and rewards for good behavior, which is appealing in the same way that grinding away at World of Warcraft was in high school. There's an app called Habitica that helps you build habits based on a scoring system, and you see it in a lot of educational sites where you level up, collect badges, etc.

It can be a great motivator, but it also has some ethical questions to be solved. At what point are we taking advantage of people's addictive tendencies instead of merely promoting good behavior? Somewhere out in the user population, there's going to be a few dopamine-seeking individuals who take the game way to far because their brain is giving them a reward. It might seem harmless and you wonder how someone could get addicted to an educational game, but you look at how terrible heroin is and all the overdoses and addicts don't pause for a second to reflect upon that.
