1. Trick your brain with the 20min rule..The way you use the first 20mins sets you up to code or not. Once your Brain is deceived, you can extend the time more from 20mins to longer.

For the record: When learning how to code through a tutorial, you’ll see a lot of simple steps and you’ll feel they’re too simple to practice so you’ll want to skip it. The problem is, 3 simple steps makes up 1 complicated one.

If you can, don’t skip simple steps!!!

Security Tips:

1. Never go to bed without airtime on your phone.

2. It's not advisable to put your phone on "silence", "turn off" or on "airplane mode" before you go to bed in the night.
