Professional : Oh My God! Today was a tech struggle! haha Tried to include a library into a project for a demo I'm making, but it's private and when I try to use it in the deployed project, it breaks because I'm using a CDN and linking to my component, but it won't work because the library I included is private so it can't find it. So then I went to work on another feature, but it requires another library that looks like it can't be loaded as a module in the browser and I have to install it. Tried to get it working in the deployed test app, but it didn't work. Then I tried to take the test I'm working on in the cloud and put it into GitHub so I could try to deploy on other sites. That was a hassle, but I got it working. Then I ran into issues because I think the CDN I was using went down. Tried to install my component in the new deployed site, but ran into issues trying to get it to load. Yup. Great way to end the week. haha.
Personal : Last night, I made some pretty good progress on my side project. Worked on the audio chat for the live stream and was able to generate a session that is needed to create the room. Had to create a Firebase Function and get it hooked up. Went pretty smoothly (unlike today! haha).
Going to go through tracks for the radio show. Depending on how I feel, I may go back to do some coding. I think there is a disconnect in how I'm understanding how to use Web Components if you install them in your project. I've done it before, so I don't know why I'm running into issues now. We'll see. Have a great (long, in the US because of MLK Jr Day) weekend!
