Welcome Adeel to the software development industry, ensure you learn the fundamentals well before jumping off to any framework or library, they are the basis for anything you would do
Hi! Much welcome to DEV!
Welcome to dev , happy to have you here - lets learn and contribute together for better community

Hi everyone!
Welcome to the dev.to-community!
I'm Martin, and I worked as a Senior Front End Architect and Engineering Manager at some of the world's largest digital agencies, where I led Front End Teams for international projects. After 15 years, I quit my job. Now I travel the world as a professional scuba diver, work as a freelance Front End Tech Lead and technical Recruiter for international clients. Besides that, I write about technology.
My latest book about The Complete Developer will be available from No Stach Press mid-March. It's an easy, hands-on introduction to creating web applications with Next.js, MongoDB and Mongoose. You can read more about how to become a published author in my upcoming article about writing books.
I am mentoring fellow developers on another platform as well as on dev.to. I am currently publishing the "LevelUp: Elevate your Career Today" series where I give Career and Interview advice based on my experience as Engineering Manager and Technical Recruiter. (It's bascially free mentoring, don't tell my paying mentees about that :D)
If I have enough time, I write more in-depth articles, for example how to create multi-language pages with next export, which is on GitHub:next-export-i18n and npmjs: next-export-i18n
I recommend following the general tags webdev, vscode , career and productivity and javascript, react, CSS. Head over to your Dashboard and adjust the tag weight to personalize your home feed.
Here's a list of articles to start your journey as a successful developer and a great writer:
If you are looking for your next job, I highly recommend buying the Book De-Coding the Technical Interview Process by Emma Bostian. It is hands down the best preparation for every technical interview.
If you're interested in my articles, follow me on dev.to/martinkr or twitter.com/_martinkr.
If you have questions or want to get in touch, don't hesitate to contact me on dev.to/martinkr.
And remember to start posting today!
Cheers!
This is gold , thanks for this @martinkr
Thanks for the recommended tags and articles! I also plan to check out Bostian's book!
Nice Resources man, Appreciated ❤️

I encourage you to seek out a well-written post and leave a thank you comment. It's free and it goes a long way.

Hello everyone,
I'm Ben, father of 4, developer since 2013. Currently @Inria working on our open source mobile learning platform : epoc.inria.fr
Indie Hacker at night building stuff to fill my needs such as : fliqr.codes
I plan to share here tips and tricks I learned along the way.
welcome to the team @benuuts - interesting to know about being a indie hacker at night - i am myself trying to build some stuff but i mostly never do - sometimes just write here whenever i get some time -
It’s a very slow process. I implement a feature over several nights whereas it could be done in a few hours 😂
Welcome Ben! My name is Michael and I'm a Community Manager here at DEV. Really hope ya dig being part of our community and looking forward to seeing some of your writing!

Hi everyone! I'm thankful for this community, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and your stories.
I'm a Software Engineer of roughly ~20 years and have worked for large corporations and fast-paced startups. My favorite programming languages are Java/C#, PHP & Javascript/Typescript (in no particular order), and I always enjoy jumping into new technology.
I'm currently building a startup named Filerev to help everyone organize their files in Google Drive. The software is built using the Google Drive API and runs in AWS. I'd love to hear your feedback on my startup.
Oh man, google drive file management is the bane of my existence. Excited that you're working on something to make lives easier!
Welcome to DEV :)
Welcome and get the buzz with the new badge .. first post !!!!....
Hello fellow Devs! I'm John, and I've been crafting software solutions since 1992. I was young. I still love it! I've worn various hats - from being a lead, manager, and executive to serving as an enterprise, solutions, application, and/or systems architect often as a player coach.
In terms of coding, I'm proficient in C++(old school), C#, Java (especially Springboot), Javascript, React, and SQL. Last summer, I started the Python journey - still a bit ignorant, but I finished the intermediate courses.
I'm excited to share my knowledge and contribute to the community this year. I'm here to be a resource and to learn from all of you as well.
Hey John! Welcome to DEV. Sounds like you've been at the game for a while. 🙌
Anyway, my name is Michael and I'm a Community Manager here at DEV. Hope that you dig being part of our community and lemme know if you have any questions or feedback!
