Hey can you help me please? 2 of my PRs have been merged but on my Hacktoberfest profile it is showing "Matures in 14 days". What does it mean? Did it count? My PR was accepted and merged.

Yes this is normal. Just keep in mind that the October 31st deadline is for submitting a Pull Request. But as long as your pull request is not marked as invalid or spam during the 14-day maturing period, it'll count for the event (even if the maturing period goes beyond Oct 31st).

Hi I made a success PR which is merged on the terraform-azurerm provider repo, unfortunately i get the message as Project not participating
Does that mean this PR is not counted toward the competetion ?
OOh, looks like the project does not have hacktoberfest tag in it, ask the maintainer to tag the pr request with hacktoberfest-accepted tag , maybe it will be accepted as 1 entry. Read the rules again.

I have registered for hacktoberfest, but i have very little idea about what to do or where to start from
