Shoutout to all the DEV mods! ππ
I'm not picking favorites, but a big shout to those folks that regularly joined our mod meetups in the past: @thomasbnt, @j3ffjessie, @cbid2, @andypiper, @phlash, @karandpr. I'm probably missing somebody (or multiple somebodies) so call me out if I left ya out. π
By the way, if anybody is interested in moderation, check out our Community Moderation page here. π

Any suggestion of resources for maintaining motivation, passion/spirit for old guy in the software/IT tech ? Or is there a limitation due to aging and lack of energy for that purpose ?
I'm 41, not sure if that counts as old.
What I do is I use writing as self-therapy.
I write down why I lack motivation, what frustrates me.
It gives me clarity and then I try to find a way to not do those things that frustrates me anymore.
