As CTO, you will lead our technology strategy, build a world-class engineering team, and develop groundbreaking solutions that make a real difference.
Compensation:
• Salary: Competitive six-figure salary.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap to develop innovative AI-powered productivity tools.
• Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Product Development: Oversee the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems and infrastructure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and other stakeholders to shape product vision, goals, and milestones.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our technology stack, driving continuous improvement.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge technologies into our products where appropriate.
• Culture Development: Foster a culture of transparency and respect for all team members.
Required Skills:
• Experience: 7+ years in software development, with significant experience in backend and/or full-stack development.
• Leadership: Proven track record in a leadership role, ideally as a CTO or similar position in a startup or fast-growing tech company.
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture, and modern development frameworks.
• AI Proficiency: Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Cultural Fit: A passion for creating a positive work environment and fostering trust within the team.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and make impactful decisions.
