I am stuck want to learn about alot of things at same time.

I am stuck because I am learning to many things at the same time I am learning java and python and data structures and algorithms.
And I am learning web development also, and recently I started studying database like- MySQL.
And now someone said cloud computing has enormous opportunities ,there are so many jobs but very few people.
I am stuck I want to focus on less but I get fomo that if I didn't learnt it someone else will and I will be left behind.
Please help me out.

You should check out this post that I put up a few weeks ago. It's focused toward people early in their coding journey, and a few of the talking points I went over are:

  • It's OK not to know something. Especially in the beginning you need to focus on fundamentals from an approach that is interesting to you.
  • You can't know everything. Seriously, don't even try. Again, your focus should be toward things that interest you, and by narrowing your focus you keep from getting overwhelmed and can keep forward momentum.
  • If you don't like what you've been learning, change direction. Tech is very broad. There are a lot of things you can learn, and since you are learning fundamentals along the way, starting on something different does not mean you are starting from zero.
  • Focus on things that matter to you. This will help you stay engaged.

Another way to think about it in your context is that FOMO = BURNOUT. You won't get left behind, because we are all learning and we are all growing. I would do Java OR python OR web dev OR cloud computing. Or focus on each one for a week and see where you are happiest. But if you try to do all the things all at once, you won't learn anything deeply.

Tech jobs are in high demand for a reason, and people that are dedicated and focused will reap the rewards of their work regardless of which direction they go. So start with what makes you happy and trust that it will lead you to fulfillment, and ultimately a job if that is your goal.

Lol, this is exactly me, learning Python, golang and, javascript and web development, machine learning, and confusing myself over, my advice would be to set a goal and stick to it, although I'm learning other languages my priority is on the goal of becoming a data scientist/machine learning engineer, the field in tech are so wild, find the one you love, do research it'll be worth it.πŸ˜‡πŸ‘Œ
