For those of you who do DevRel as part or all of your job, or are connected with builders who are, we're running a 9-minute 2023 Developer Relations Compensation & Culture survey.
Last year with the help of developer and DevRel communities across the internet, our 2022 survey had 147 respondents who shared their experiences to empower everyone in DevRel to have more informed compensation conversations (see our 2022 findings here).
This year, we've included additional questions about DevRel well-being and mental health to help each other understand more about what's working, and what isn't, in the DevRel profession, with the goal of creating a healthier and more equitable space for all.
We're looking forward to freely sharing back the findings with each of you in August.
