I find myself constantly challenged by the need to divert time and energy from my primary responsibilities to fulfill compliance-related tasks. These include gathering evidence, assisting with policy documentation, outlining procedures, and responding to various requests from our Compliance Officer. Having navigated through these processes for the last two years, I was optimistic that there would be tools or solutions designed to streamline or even automate these tasks. Yet, here I am, still searching for such a tool without success.
It strikes me as something that our community, given its ingenuity and resourcefulness, might have already tackled. So, I'm reaching out to ask: How do you manage these obligations? Are there tools or practices you've adopted to make this aspect of our work more efficient? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I'm eager to learn from your experiences and find ways to minimize the impact of these compliance tasks on my primary duties.
