What is Quality Assurance? A powerful statement that requires in every angle the most attention. The best standard can be assured by having a clear understanding of what the company does deliver to the user’s expectation; or the other way round, what the user expects, which the company does deliver. In an agile manner, every incremental delivery does cover a quality standard that has been assured.
