In this blog I'm going to be documenting my journey to becoming a Software Engineer. I still don't know whether or not I'm going to fall into becoming a front-end, back-end, or full-stack Engineer, but I do know that I want to become a software developer of some sort. (more on why in the future).
I've put myself in the Hackreactor bootcamp - I've passed the initial screening and onto the precourse before the real grueling immersive starts on Aug 2, 2021. All of the posts I've seen about hackreactor experiences are no joke, luckily for me I have some time as I've done most of the precourse work already.
So I'm using this blog to document some key concepts and findings that I think will help prepare me for the immersive. And hopefully even during the immersive, I will try and update this blog to keep a journal of what I'm learning.
I'm going to start this by re-doing all of the precourse and videos for Hackreactor. The first time around, I was struggling to meet the deadlines for some of these assignments and rushed over some concepts I feel like I really should get down.
