How Automate OKTA with Atlassian suite integration using Terraform/Helm

Hello,

We currently have Atlassian suite (Jira, confluence, crowd etc) installed on AWS EKS cluster and we would like to use OKTA Single Sign-On (SSO) to enables access to Atlassian products.

My question is if we can automate OKTA Atlassian suite integration using Terraform/Helm because the EKS cluster has been designed using Terraform/Helm.
