😮 Difference between a Terminal and Shell
The Shell is the program that actually processes commands and outputs results whereas a Terminal is a wrapper program that runs a shell and allows us to enter commands.
🧑💻 For example, Command Prompt is an Terminal and Powershell is a Shell.
So basically, A terminal is a input-output program that runs the commands originally in a shell.
🦄 Introduction to Tabby
Tabby is a next-gen, modern terminal for developers. It might not be as light-weight as cmd but it is quite productive.
Tabby was released publicly as a open-source Terminal on github on December 23, 2016! The initial version were pretty good comparable to that time. Today, it is one of the most leading cool-UI and productive Terminals.
