I know some great task management software with a time tracking feature. You can try Todoist or Quire. They are simple to use and great time tracking. Although these are not free, you can try out the free trial (which is what I did).

You should try Workstatus it’s a time tracking tool with features similar to Upwork and Hubstaff, and it helps keep your productivity and project management on point.
