I have used many things, especially older ones: jQuery, AngularJS, Knockout. However, I fail to see the relevance of the question because the HTTP layer completely abstracts the backend, making the front-end completely unaware of the nature of the backend. In other words: The experience is identical regardless of the back-end technology. Having said that, ASP.net is in the top 10 fastest servers, so I guess you enjoy a fast back-end.
