In discussion in the real world, sometimes we turn our head to the person that we want to talk to and raise our voice toward that person.
That is the feature missing in online meeting apps. Of course no matter if you turn your head and speak, the recipient will hear your voice as one of the patrons.
What we can do in apps is to give the feature called, let me name it "Talk to". You click the recipient window and click "Talk to", the recipient will get the voice with a louder voice from you.
Since there are quite a number of online meeting apps around the market, I'm not sure this feature has been implemented, but in commonly used applications, this is still a missing feature.
