I already have 2 azure accounts associated with my personal info. I used a new email address to register for a new Azure account. The card info and phone numbers are identical to the ones that belong to my exisitng azure accounts.
The website told me I am not eligible for a free azure account and credits. What do I do?
Hey there! If you've already used up your trial, you can make a new account to redeem your trial credit for this hackathon. If you have any further questions about your accounts with Azure, you can follow this link to learn more: azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/fre...
Hi Brian, Thanks for the reply. I already registered using a new email address. But the website told me I am not eligible for the credits. I am not sure if that's because I am using the same personal info (name, address, phone, credit card) for the new account?
I had the same issue and couldn't create a new account. Is it possible to submit a project to the hackathon with an already existing Azure account? If that's not possible, how about using a new pay-as-you-go account (as opposed to free)?

I ended up using a pay-as-you-go subscription. Nonetheless, the service I used should not be a big deal in terms of price (Azure Function).
