I hope you don't mind me reaching out, but I was hoping to seek some guidance. While I've made significant progress independently on my startup non-profit project, I feel the need for direction on how to proceed further.

Specifically, I'm looking for advice on how to effectively bring my project to life and, more importantly, how to assemble a competent development team. This team would need to be willing to contribute their skills and time to a project that is currently at a standstill until we secure funding.

The project itself aims to develop a training platform hosting free and accessible online training provided by third-party institutions. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on how to navigate this challenge?
