After thousand of queries on different search engines, I finally found out the real legit paid internship that will also be some kind of challenging for you trying to join.
Open source is source code that is made freely available for possible modification and redistribution. Products include permission to use the source code, design documents, or content of the product. The open-source model is a decentralized software-development model that encourages open collaboration. The main principle of open-source software development is peer production, with products such as source code, blueprints, and documentation freely available to the public. Sounds appetizing...?

1. The Google Summer Of Code (GSoC)
Google Summer Of Code is a mentorship program started by Google back in 2006 in order to bring more people, especially the students into the open source communities by acting as a bridge between the two. The program usually starts in the month of January in which Open Source Organizations apply to participate in the program and the results for the selected organizations got announced 40 days after the initial application process.
Now it's time for the Student's application process as soon as the Organizations results are announced the application process for the students starts after approx. 20 days. and lasts only 15 days.
After the application period is over the organization reviews the student's applications and selects them based on their proposals.
As soon as you got selected into the program your official GSOC journey begins. The stipend is based on the Purchasing Power Parity of the country in which you live.

2. The Linux Foundation Mentorship Program
We all know when it comes to open-source programs we have a plug, the community doing it the right way, who else than Linux is greater and is a god in that field.
The Linux Kernel Mentorship Program offers a structured remote learning opportunity to aspiring Linux Kernel developers. Experienced Linux Kernel developers and maintainers mentor volunteer mentees and help them become contributors to the Linux Kernel. The Linux Kernel Mentorship Program includes three 12-week, full-time volunteer mentee positions, and two 24-week part-time volunteer mentee positions each year.

Outreachy is a diversity initiative that provides paid, remote internships to people subject to systemic bias and impacted by underrepresentation in the technology industry where they are living.

Key highlights of the internships are:

8. Reinforcement Learning Open Source Fest
The Reinforcement Learning (RL) Open Source Fest is a global online program focused on introducing students to open source reinforcement learning programs and software development while working alongside researchers, data scientists, and engineers on the Real World Reinforcement Learning team at Microsoft Research NYC. Students will work on a four-month research programming project during their break from university (May-August 2021). Accepted students will receive a $10,000 USD stipend.
