Handwriting

The new iPadOS has "scribble" where your writing gets turned into text. Why can't we have that with their base technology but from a photo of handwritten notes?

This past few months have beens slow for me -- until today. There has been condos being built in the vacant lot next door. There are about 20 of them and it is being worked on, 8am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. I could barely think about what to have for lunch for some of it and my usual great spots for productivity are off limits. I suppose this has been a challenge to my interest in development as I have only wanted to do it more as I actually code less. Pair programming on zoom does sound good, though.

I find that I am no longer wondering how to read code but instead agonizing on which method to use. I think writing documentation for Tensorflow will help that.

In that time I have accumulated a lot of handwritten notes. I can surely take a photo of these in HD from my phone. How about we get that into an app (I have a starter for this but it may need a refactor).

This app will be written in Swift with SwiftUI. The app is using the latest version of iOS14 beta and XCode beta because frankly, this is what I have been waiting for my whole programming life (9 years.) If only I had learned C++ in college so I could be the one making this. That's next year's goal. Let's survive inside our houses for now.
