This is kind of a growth hack, initially i was also against it but then you realise world is a very noisy place.
Algorithms won't even recommend your post again to the same person if they don't follow you. So have to do this.
And, People are very considerate if you genuinely provide them great resources and content. Received real good response for this resource in my DM(s) :)
