If you are looking for business partners/co-founders, perhaps look into your personal network first, rather than post online.
Most co-founders of successful business are already friends, co-workers, or family members:
Facebook: the initial people all are roommates and collegue classmates of Mark Zuckerberg.
Stripe: brothers.
VMWare: married couple
Flickr: married couple.
Moz: mother and son.
And endless examples of former classmates and collegues.
If people know you and like you won't want to start a company with you, why would a random person on the internet (unless that person wants to scam you.).
