I also build desktop apps with ElectronJS, a pretty cool Javascript Library for building desktop apps. I don't know if you've heard about it, but it's a rich yet simple Library. I have used electron a few times, it's pretty great. VS Code, which I use a lot for code editing, uses Electron actually. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk, it is nice to see another developer from AZ.
