Apps to help you with WFH

As the world is going through crazy situations & the majority of the workforce in the world is forced to opt for work from home & remote working. Though few organizations have this WFH policy & encourage employees to take it up occasionally, this might be tricky for first-timers. So here is a small list of apps ( Available for Android & iOS ) that can keep up with your productivity & managing activities.

To-Do list

Tracking of tasks might get screwed at home, at one point you might be wondering what to do. This is where a To-do list helps, the start of day/week, just list out the things which you wanna do for the rest of day/week according to priority & set timely reminders.

Apps - Microsoft To-Do, Swipes, Engross.

Video calling

Though we might discuss in a chat with our team members, video calls once in a day or week will fast forward things & helps to get a better idea of how things are panning out. If there is a birthday, just go out on a group video call & surprise your colleagues.

Apps - Skype, Microsoft Teams, Uberconference

Project Management

Project management might create a problem if you don't have an HRMS software in your organization. But we can alternatively use a few apps to fix it. The most popular one being Slack which doesn't need any further introduction. Just go through their guides on the site & get started.

Apps - Slack, Notion, Zapier

Let me know what all the apps you are using in this pandemic times to get keep up with your work & productivity.

Thanks for the recommendations!
For project management: I use Quire for both work and my daily tasks. Been working from home recently due to the pandemic, and my team uses this to collaborate on projects. Quire also integrates with Slack so it makes communicating with coworkers so much easier. I also use Zapier since it integrates with Quire.

For video calls, we used to use Zoom but there has been problems with privacy so we switched to Skype.
