CIEL Is an Extended Lisp is a script runner with batteries included, that you can use as a Lisp library and a core image (instant loading in your editor).
It's alpha and still moving, but I dogfood it in public and private repos (and I am at the CIEL-USER> everyday).
yeah, it is not unlike #babashka for Clojure!
