Stop doing this! You're wasting your energy. By the time you're done reading that last thing you looked up, you probably don't remember the thing you were looking for, to begin with.
So, slow down a bit. No matter if you're just beginning or you've been doing this for a while, you need to give yourself a break. Contrary to your belief, you do not need to know every single detail before you start something.
