Localhost:5000 Access Denied on MacOS | How do you fix it?

In order to fix above issue, you simply have to turn off Airplay Receiver inside your macBook's System Preference.

It turns out that Airplay Receiver is using Port 5000 for whatever reason it has. I hope this will fix your current issue.
