Hello Guys, This is going my favourite blog of all time in tech. For the past few months i fully changed my computer's operating system to Linux.
The reason:
When I was higher secondary school days, I was not aware of information about the technology, my focus and aim is to become a Hacker(😁). At that I don't even have any laptops or any computers. I don't know that how was i aimed hacker at that time. From there i search Hacking related videos on YouTube and searching related on Hacking. Most of the result was saying different different things, but the only thing I noticed in all those things is the word 'Kali Linux'. I don't even know the word 'Kali Linux'. The result of searching about the Kali Linux is famous operating system for doing hacking. I was very interesting to use the Kali Linux, so I can become hacker quickly. This is first most scene that I had know about Linux.
After completing one (may be two) videos, I decided to install kali linux on my sister's laptop with the help of Virtual box - one of the famous virtual machine software . After installing linux, I like to use Linux after saw the interface, because it was more likely to the one that I saw in the hacker videos and hacking movies. But still I don't nothing about the os, i installed it only, that's it.The second reason is : when I started learning programming languages, some of the community in the internet talk about Linux, and the word linux is ringing around me on the internet search and youtube videos. One day I saw a channel named Payilagam and a video named Why We support linux. At that video i learned about Linux ethically. It is one of the fantastic video that I have ever seen. The person who talks about the Linux in the video is a software developer & programming language trainer.
My question is - Why this software trainer supports linux, and the topics discussed in the video are correct one by ethically, and what is goal of that video, why he posted a video like this, it doesn't even matter for someone who wants to learn programming.
After searching so many things about Linux,I get the answer for the trainer explanation in that video.
He let's all the student to know about the community and a corporate and need for supporting the product (which is very usefull for us in many things) which stand against some big tech companies and against a monopoly tradition in computer operating system. The agenda isn't about that, but he really wants to tell the computer users to differentiate between the some unwanted marketing product and some purely people-centric product. After that I really like to use Linux and i fully changed my laptop os with Linux.
Note: It was my decision not the other's one. I really like to use Linux as a normal user. But as a software development enthusiast, i strongly recommend everyone to use Linux as your operating system because it not just a operating system. It is Lifestyle(from my trainer/'s voice)
Anyway this is my Linux starting point. Share me with yours one!
