What are you doing for keeping your Mental Health green ?

  • I'm meditating every day for years. Here's a resource I find interesting about that.
  • I do a lot of sport.
  • I'm trying to do what interest me the most. If I don't have much fun, I stop (if I can...).
  • I'm eating as healthy as possible.
  • I sleep 7 to 8 hours.
  • I totally gave up alcohol or any drug.
  • I try to eat as less manufactured sugar as I can.

This is from many experiments. It's tailored for me. You need to (seriously) experiment and see what works for you.

In general, sport and sleep work well.

  2. Planing week(s) for effortless execution
  3. Meditation
  4. Green tea instead of coffee (but sometimes coffee too, it's tasty with cookies)
