LGMSOC(Lets Grow More Summer of Code) is a open source program for beginners held from 10 June to 10 August.
I came to know about this program from a post of DevPost.When I read about this program, I felt that it is the best program for beginners in Open Source.I joined this program as a participant on 8 of July. I contributed in some projects also like Mirage UI, WebDev Mini Projects etc. But after one week I became mentor of two projects. There were two new projects Dsa Playyard and Web dev Playyard which LGM has launched and they wanted mentors for these two projects, they asked for it in the discord channel and I applied for it and got selected.
Overall it was a nice experience of being a mentor of two great projects.
I reviewed many PRs and learned a lot from this program.
