I need some help with axios error

Hello, I am a entry level react developer and I faced the error I can't solve myself. Maybe some of you could help me out ? The code is not long. Server side is built with php and client server with react-native, I tested backend with POSTMAN and everything is ok, but from client side is error and I don't know why
