SAFe Agile www.scaledagileframework.com

Lets see few concepts from SAFe Agile !!

In order to acquire SAFe’s effectiveness the four core values ie alignement, built in quality, Transparency, Program excutions should be practised.

SAFe is based on Agile Development, Lean Product Development, Systems thinking and Devops.

Alignment :

Alignment needs to be cohesive with fast change, disruptive competitive forces and geopgraphically distributed teams. An Alignment depends on an Enterpise Objectives.

Built in quality :

Built in quality ensures that every element and every increment of the solution reflects quality standards thorughout the development life cycle.

The SAFe built in quality involves Flow, Architecture, Design quality, code quality, System quality and Release Quality..

*Transparency *:

In SAFe we deliver the products which is simple in design and which is transparent to the customer, thus trust is established.

The customer and other stake holders must be able to take a glimpse of Program backlog, they must have a clear understanding of PI obecjtives, Agile Release Train or Solution Train.

Program Execution :

SAFe Agile doesn’t matter if teams cant execute and continuously deliver value.

SAFe places an intense focus on working systems and business outcomes.

The Agile release train involves Define, Build, Validate and Release.

Lean Agile Mindset :

Image description

It is the combination of beliefs assumptions, attitudes and SAFe Leader’s actions who possess the concepts of Agile Manifesto and Lean thinking.

SAFe includes Lean, Agile, Systems thinking and Devops.

A person who possesses SAFe Agile must be with growth mindset.

A good Leader is the one who helps the team grow by providing trainings, rectifying roadblocks and who treats the team with respect.

I am someone with growth mind set .. are you too ?!
