ConvertKit also comes with beautiful widgets you can embed right into your websites, which you can customize to your own styling. I editing the text for the widget below on the website and grabbed the embed, which looked like this:

Currently using Revue but I have accounts with ConvertKit and Mailchimp which I know have a ton of good features.
