Bubble is a project for my finals in the ALX software engineering(SE Foundations)program, It is a job listing website that aims to promote decentralized payment in web3.
I haven't released it yet because I'm the only one building the whole thing. not that I'm a beta or anything I just didn't get anybody paired with me.
At the moment I'm still working on the APIs while the front end is brewing.
My project will help freelancers and job seekers to make payment easier, seamless, and privacy in payment.
Why I'm building 'Bubble'
I used to work in web3 as a collaboration manager and then I saw the beauty of decentralization and what it could do to finance the obstacle it could break and all. So as a developer, I decided to find a way to promote web3 in the Job space, and that was 'bubble' and I belive it ill introduce a lot of freelancers to web3 e3ven if it for the first time. I want to be one of those who would pave the way for the evolution of web3 even for those who don't know anything about it.
Technologies used
I am currently using Nextjs for my front end and Tailwind for seamless styling. For the backend, I'm using Flask REST API. and some features are:
-I'm using JWT for authentication
-I will be using solidity later on and meta mask API
what I have learned
I am learning the Flask REST framework, solidity and web3js and also how to implement auth into projects like this.
