That's funny. I am (or was) a middleware developer and always envied those fancy frontend developers working on cool apps, using the latest technology, being employed in a startup in Berlin that is on the brink of becoming the next unicorn.
Then I learned Ruby-on-Rails and React. Now I know that all you frontend developers are talking about with your clients is the color and size of the buttons. Yeah, Ravi is right on that one. 😁
I guess working on any technology for too long tends to get boring. But that's okay, just start working on something interesting again. The scope of your work and the overall process can also be very different to the one Ravi describes.
