Install Gitlab Runner on AlmaLinux OS

Run following commands:

  1. Install Git: 
sudo dnf install git
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode
  1. Download gitlab-runner 
curl -LJO "https://gitlab-runner-downloads.s3.amazonaws.com/latest/rpm/gitlab-runner_amd64.rpm"
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode
  1. Install gitlab-runner 
sudo rpm -ivh gitlab-runner_amd64.rpm
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

To run jobs concurrently, update following 

sudo nano /etc/gitlab-runner/config.toml
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

and update the desired value

concurrent = 5
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode
