• Business to Administration (B2A)
It encompasses all the online transaction which is done between the companies and public administration. This model has been continuously growing due to the government’s investment which is done in e-government.

• Consumer to Administration (C2A)

These are mainly found in the education field, fiscal, social security, taxes, etc. These are strongly associated with the idea of efficiency and easy usability of the services.
