It is something I've been wanting to do for all the reasons you mentioned in this article. But I've never taken the time to actually do it until now. I made it with React.js and axios. If you want one I can make one for you!!!
I used dev.to api with axios.get to get that url and mapped it to produce a card like component with CSS grid.
