Great Read! This parallels many of the themes of Barbara Oakley's "A Mind for Numbers" and "Learning how to Learn", with a bit of Cal Newport's "Deep Work" as well.
I know what you mean about A Mind For Numbers. It is a book I've been meaning to reread it since it came up in conversation a few days ago. I remember it as a book with some interesting and helpful ideas about learning things. I think it may well be where i first learnt about spaced repetition.
I've not yet read Deep Work but a couple of people have recommended it.
