Jenkins issue while saving system configuration - A problem occurred while processing the request

This issue happens because of incompatibility of plugins.

Go to Jenkins system logs at

Manage Jenkins > System logs > All Jenkins logs

monitor the log generated while saving the configuration.
search for "plugin" string in the log snippet. Uninstall or upgrade the problematic plugin mentioned in the logs. It will fix the issue.
