Imagine a world where people consider responsibilities at least as important as their rights. What would it be like? People would complain less, but they would deliver higher quality work and would be healthier.
I don't think people don't consider their responsibilities important. Company has a right to fire a worker whenever it wants and people actively try to avoid that most of the time by taking responsibility. We have to pay bills, buy food, and some of us have to pay for the family too. On the other hand, worker's rights are something which isn't guaranteed and for which we should fight for actively. Talking about responsibilities without taking these issues in the account is problematic.
