- In the Azure portal, search for and select Resource groups
- select create
- Name the resource group. I gave mine StellaRG and was unique to me as show in the highlighted green which is an ok sign
- Select region, leave as default which is East US
. - Select Review and create to validate the resource group
6.Select Create to deploy the resource group
