Issue Launching IOS Sim from Windows

I cannot seem to figure out why I cannot run the IOS simulator from my windows machine connected to a MAC.

Windows Visual Studio Version: 17.3.6
Mac Visual Studio Version: 17.3.8
xCode Version: 14

Everytime I build on the Windows machine when it is loading the Simulator I get the following error.

Anyone seen this before. I have removed Visual Studio from Windows and Mac and Removed and Reinstalled XCode and I get exactly the same issue. Which seems to indicate there is something in one of the files that are part of the project that has something bad in it, but I cannot seem to figure it out.
