If I didn't have Keep to bookmark links (and Trello when Keep checklists grow unwieldy for categorizing those links and taking further action), my laptop and my phone would both grind to a halt from open tabs (even with The Great Suspender installed on the former).
This applies to single projects I'm working on, let alone when I start "scanning" other ideas.

Vivaldi, a Chromium-based browser, lets you manage thousands of tabs. It's designed for the tab hoarder.
Last I checked, Vivaldi hates native Linux window decorations. Nitpick, but it drives me nuts.
