Resources to learn JavaScript for beginners

In this post I will share some of the resources that one can use to learn vanilla JavaScript. There are a lot of resources out there but here are a few that I have used and I decided to share.

They offer both free and pro membership. The pro membership is paid. I used Codecademy to learn the basics of JavaScript. The lessons go in-depth into the concepts which was a plus for me.

  • The Net Ninja

He has a Youtube series on Modern JavaScript and also a course on Udemy on the same.

  • Traversy Media

He has a Youtube series on vanilla JavaScript and a Udemy course on Modern JavaScript

  • FreeCodeCamp

They have a free course on JavaScript Algorithmns and Data Structures

  • The Odin Project

The JavaScript Course by The Odin Project is well structured and great for beginners.

This is a YouTube channel. He covers all concepts related to Web development including vanilla JavaScript.

Happy coding!
