Downloading blender in linux ubuntu, pop-os.
1. Download a zip from blender website
I first tried with downloading zip from official blender website.
https://www.blender.org/download/
But it wouldn't automatically get registered as applications. I had to move it to usr/share/applications or somewhere else, and create shortcut on the desktop blah blah blah.
2. install with snap
So I went with this second method, which seems like what most guides and blogs recommend.
