What should I do?

I have been doing freelancing for like 3 years as a web developer. It was my primary source of Income. But even though I called myself as a developer, I've been doing more web hosting works than web development. I'm pretty good at managing vps, setting up web servers, database servers troubleshooting and solving problems by digging into logs and etc. I'm enjoying it also. But my problem is I suck at web designing. Not coding frontend, I'm struggling creating new designs, I do have good understanding about design fundamentals, I can see design mistakes of other people's designs if there are mistakes, but when I create my own design, things doesn't comes to my mind, I'm struggling big time to come up with a design. Due to this now I'm kind of starting to hate designing. To be honestly I like backend development more than frontend, but to make money as a freelance I think I should be good at frontend too. What should I do in this case. Experience developers, system administrators advices need.
