It would probably be better to call the article the best frameworks for mobile development or cross-platform development.
The same SwiftUI also has a declarative interface and in terms of speed and capabilities in the iOS environment, a native application will always be better than any cross-platform tool or framework.
In addition, do not forget about the cost of supporting already written applications and new iOS features.
I just read and expected to read about something new for native iOS development.
